Many Westerner or foreigners from any part of the world encounter the same problems when trying to sell their goods to Chinese people. Many Chinese people don't use Paypal or Credit Cards. Many of them only pay cash and it is a tedious process for the local people for remitting funds out from China.

We solve this problem by acting as your sales agent in China. We help you deliver the goods to your customers by plane and then by truck in all major cities and collect payment on your behalf. We pay you back via Paypal or credit card and we charge you a service fee.

I have Chinese people who want to purchase from me. How do I start?

You can ship the goods to us (via courier or EMS with tracking details) and we place them in a designated space in our warehouse (Please provide information about the goods. Learn what are Prohibited Goods in China). Whenever you want us to ship it to your customer, simply inform us via email and let us know the following:

♦ Name and contact number of your customer
♦ Full Delivery address
♦ Quantity of goods to be shipped
♦ Amount to be collected from your customer
♦ Who is paying for the delivery charge and the service charge for COD (See rate below).

1. Goods prohibited from circulating or posting by law.
2. Dangerous goods, such as explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and poisonous substances.
3. Illegal or coprological publications
4. Currency
5. Insanitary substances
6. Goods liable to decay
7. Live animals except bee, silkworm, leech.
8. Goods that may threat human health, contaminate or ruin equipments or other mails, if packed improperly.

What are the fees I need to pay for this service?

We ship to your customer via local courier services at local courier charges. Check out our delivery charges for the major cities.

or Cash on Delivery service, the service charge is 6% of the value of the goods collected, with a minimum fee of USD5.00. Please let us know if you or your customer are paying for this service charge.

We help you store your goods in our warehouse with minimal storage fee every month. The storage charge is based on the space required to house your goods. The current storage rate is USD10 per sq foot.

Storage charge will be billed every month and we will pay you the amount collected from the customer after deducting our courier charges.

How do I know my inventory level?

You will be assigned a "Suite Number" for your goods and we will prepare inventory report at end of every month.
