Buying steps for personal shopper

Step 1:

Join us - Sign up as a member and confirm your registration.

Step 2:

Choose items from China's online stores - Sign in to your account and choose items you wish to buy from any China's Shopping sites.

Step 3:

Copy the URL - Copy the product's URL, paste it onto the space provided in the shopping cart and indicate quantity and amount of the item.

Step 4:

Checkout and make first payment - Confirm the products and checkout the order with payment made to us (Item's cost + Domestic shipping charge + Service charge)

Step 5:

Purchase the item - We will make purchase for the items you entered in the shopping cart in Step 3.

Step 6:

Your Street Address in China - We will provide you with a street address in China whereby you could forward your other mails or packages to this address.

Step 7:

Make second payment - Once your goods arrive at your address, we will calculate and email you on the shipping rate and you make second payment for the international shipping charge.

Step 8:

Delivery of goods - We ship the goods based on the shipping option you selected. The delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 days.

3 Will you accept shipments sent to me by merchants and individuals?

Yes, we will accept shipments to your Chinaclub2u address from any shipping company. If you need to provide a phone number to the delivery company, please use the following number: +86 20 835-76763. When retailers call this number we ask them to send e-mail to you directly.

4 What couriers do you use to send my merchandise and documents? How long do your shipments take to reach me?

For express shipments, our primary courier is UPS. The transit time for customer shipments is typically 7-8 days. If you prefer, we can use EMS , DHL , FEDEX for express shipments.

5 How often do you send me my merchandise and documents?

Chinaclub2u gives our members complete flexibility with their shipment scheduling. When you begin your Chinaclub2u membership you will choose your shipping preferences during the sign-up process. You can even specify separate preferences for documents and merchandise.
Hold: We hold your items until you tell us to ship them.( Recommend )
Weekly: We ship your merchandise once a week. You can even specify the day of week.
Biweekly: We ship your merchandise every other week.
Monthly: We ship once a month. You can skip months if you like.
If at any time you wish to change your shipping preferences, please let us know. We are here to serve you. Of course, you can change your preferences online at any time, day or night.

6 I intend to order several items, and I want them all sent together. Can you repackage these items into one box for me?

To save our customers money, we will always try to consolidate your items into one box, unless you instruct us otherwise. Our shipping rates (per pound) decrease as the box weight increases so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes.

7 Will Chinaclub2u forward my packages to me when I am traveling?

Yes. We can send your packages to you anywhere in the world. The shipping charges are based on the destination country.

The members fee is $15/month.

11 How do Chinaclub2u members pay the package shipping charges?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal ,western unite. We use the credit card number you have on file with us for shipments as they are sent. If you wish to use a different card, just let us know in advance of your next shipment. Your yearly membership fee is automatically charged to your credit card on your renewal date. If you wish to make other payment arrangements for your membership renewal, please contact us before the renewal date.

12 What if I don't have a credit card? Can I send you a check instead?

We can also accept bank wires, international checks, or money orders for payment. We highly recommend that you maintain a modest funds balance to cover the expenses of your upcoming shipments.

14 Ok, I'm convinced. Once I sign up, how I do order from China companies that do not accept international orders?

Once you receive your Chinaclub2u address, contact your credit card company and add it as a secondary ship-to or secondary billing address. Now, when you make purchases from China retailers, your shipping address will match your records on file with the credit card company.
All credit card companies should allow you to add the secondary address. If you encounter any difficulties, we suggest you speak to a manager at the card company. If you are still having trouble adding the address, please contact us for more suggestions.
You can also use our Personal Shopper service to purchase from China retailers. With Personal Shopper, we use our company credit card, company check, or PayPal account to pay for your merchandise. We then charge your credit card for the purchase.

15 Do the Chinaclub2u shipping rates include customs fees, tariffs, or taxes?

The published chinaclub2u shipping rates are for door-to-door delivery. There may be additional import fees or duty for merchandise shipments coming into your country. These fees vary by country and they are not covered by chinaclub2u .Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

16 Are the import fees expensive?

On document shipments, there should not be any import fees, regardless of where you live. For merchandise shipments, the import fees are usually based on the declared value listed on the commercial invoice included with each shipment. This is why chinaclub2u offers the option to declare the Wholesale Value of your shipment. The wholesale value is usually 50%-60% less than the Retail Value. This results in substantially discounted import fees. With your chinaclub2u account, you can choose whether we should declare the wholesale or retail value on your commercial invoices. Remember, you can change this preference at any time. The majority of chinaclub2u customers elect to declare wholesale value on their shipments.

17 Can I buy items from retailers that are not listed on your shopping page?

Absolutely! You can buy from any retailers or individuals you wish. We developed our shopping page to make it easier for you to shop online. Do you like to shop on eBay? Please do! Many of our members have eBay shipments sent to their chinaclub2u address.

18 I like to buy merchandise on eBay but many of the sellers won't accept credit cards. Can you send them a check or money order for me?

Yes, we can do this for you. We can pay by company check. We also can use our PayPal account that is accepted by many eBay sellers.

19 How does my online account work?

You can log on to your Chinaclub2u account with a web browser at any time. Your online account gives you the complete status of your merchandise and shipments. Also, you will receive e-mail notification whenever you receive a package or when we send a shipment to you.

Here is a list of items that either cannot be shipped or may cause problems during the customs review of your shipment:
- combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters)
- any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
- hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
- weapons (guns, stun guns)
- seeds
- coffee
- foods
- animals and products made with animal skin (furs)

2 What is considered to be hazardous material?

We are no longer permitted to ship hazardous materials. Some example items that cannot be shipped are hair spray, oils, spray paint, and any other flammable or pressurized merchandise.


Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between chinaclub2u.com and the chinaclub2u Member

  1. Chianclub2u will provide the Member with a China street address for his/her use in GuangZhou, GuangDong,China..
  2. Chianclub2u's services consist of receiving the Member's mail and merchandise, sorting it, packing it, transporting it to the Member's country and delivering it to the Member's specified local address during regular business hours.
  3. Any charges generated directly from this activity, such as taxes, customs duties and service fees presently in effect or established in the future, will be the responsibility of the Chianclub2u Member.
  4. The Chianclub2u Member authorizes Chianclub2u to charge his/her credit card for Membership Dues, Shipping and Handling Charges, and charges for any Additional / Optional Services selected by the Member.
  5. Shipping charges are based on weight and are calculated in increments of 100 grams. Dimensional weight may apply on bulky, lightweight packages. Dimensional weight is used when the result of multiplying the measurement in inches of height times width times length divided by 166 is more than the actual weight in pounds.
  6. Insurance costs for merchandise shipments are based on the Insured Value.
  7. The Chianclub2u Member agrees to obey all applicable laws and regulations in effect in both the China and his/her country. The Chianclub2u Member will not knowingly use the Chianclub2u service to either receive or send illegal materials or controlled substances. The Chianclub2u Member will be solely responsible for any penalties or fines resulting from a violation of this condition.
  8. Magazine purchases and Monthly Membership Fees are non-refundable. Chianclub2u will have the option to return all packages/mail to the senders and/or discard the items for accounts which are cancelled. Shipping charges for non-members or cancelled customers are twice the rate of shipping prices listed on the Chianclub2u website.
  9. If a Member does not pay for services rendered for a period over 30 days, his/her membership may be cancelled by Chianclub2u. All packages and mail may be returned-to-sender or discarded at the sole discretion of Chianclub2u. Member forfeits all claims to items abandoned in his mailbox, once his Membership is cancelled.
  10. Membership is automatically renewed unless the Member advises Chianclub2u in writing he/she wishes not to renew their

  12. Late Fees. All invoices past due over thirty (30) days will be assessed $10 plus 5% per month late fee. This fee will apply for each month an order is past due. Personal Shopper orders past due over 15 days will be assessed the $10 plus 5% late fee for each 15 days an order is past due.
  13. Activation of your China address and its use will represent your acceptance of this agreement and the authorization to charge your credit card for all your future charges.
  14. Illegal activity (as determined by China laws) is not permitted by Chianclub2u. Any legal fees incurred by Chianclub2u enforcing the laws of the China against a customer or potential customer will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
