Our Personal Shopper service is designed to overcome several common obstacles encountered when shopping online with China sellers, and to provide our members with the convenience of a concierge-style shopping experience.

Why would I need Personal Shopper Service

You can use our Personal Shopper service whenever you encounter one of these challenges:

♦ China sellers who do not accept overseas credit cards, Paypal but cash only;
♦ China sellers who do not ship overseas;
♦ Having communication problem with the China sellers whom you would like to purchase the goods from;
♦ You are concerned about the non-delivery of the goods purchased.

Buying steps for personal shopper

Step 1:

Join us - Sign up as a member and confirm your registration.

Step 2:

Choose items from China's online stores - Sign in to your account and choose items you wish to buy from any China's Shopping sites.

Step 3:

Copy the URL - Copy the product's URL, paste it onto the space provided in the shopping cart and indicate quantity and amount of the item.

Step 4:

Checkout and make first payment - Confirm the products and checkout the order with payment made to us (Item's cost + Domestic shipping charge + Service charge)

Step 5:

Purchase the item - We will make purchase for the items you entered in the shopping cart in Step 3.

Step 6:

Your Street Address in China - We will provide you with a street address in China whereby you could forward your other mails or packages to this address.

Step 7:

Make second payment - Once your goods arrive at your address, we will calculate and email you on the shipping rate and you make second payment for the international shipping charge.

Step 8:

Delivery of goods - We ship the goods based on the shipping option you selected. The delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 days.

We charge 10% as our service charge for the personal shopper service.

Once the merchandise arrives at our distribution center, we will inform you and it is available for shipment to you as usual.

Note: For Personal Shopper Service, we do not provide goods inspection service but it can be done with additional charge.

7. Live animals except bee, silkworm, leech.
8. Goods that may threat human health, contaminate or ruin equipments or other mails, if packed improperly.

2. Replica Goods

These goods are in violation of trademarks and you ship the goods at your own risk. We are totally not liable if such goods are confiscated by the custom or they are lost in shipping.
